Flinders Street Baptist Church is an international and intergenerational church situated in the Adelaide city centre, a short walk east of Victoria Square at 65 Flinders Street and three streets south of the main shopping precinct in Rundle Mall. It is indeed the central Baptist church of the city of Adelaide. According to the membership book there are currently 91 members of FSBC. The church directory lists the names of 124 adult persons and two small children. There are an additional number of people, approximately 20, who attend intermittently. Approximately 10 people live within the city centre area with the rest living in the suburban area. There are two distinctive age groups, over 60 years and under 60 years. Approximately 40 people over 60 attend most Sundays. There are 51 people under 60 of whom about 30 people attend weekly. The under 60 group has three main language groups: English, Chinese, and Indian.
